Velvet Gourmet ("we", "us", "our") operates this website under the brand Pradhan's. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details you enter at checkout:

Your name, phone number and email address
Your delivery address, city and pincode
The items, quantities and amount of your order

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details — payments are handled directly by our payment partner, Razorpay, and we never see your full payment credentials.

How we use your information

To process, pack and ship your order
To contact you about your order (confirmations, delivery updates, issues)
To keep an internal record of orders for accounting and customer support
To occasionally let you know about new honey varietals, offers or restocks — you can ask us to stop this at any time by messaging us

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to fulfil your order:

With our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process your payment
With our courier / shipping partner to deliver your order

Cookies

This website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies.
