Our products
Pradhan's honey is raw and cold-processed. Some natural variation between batches — in colour, thickness, or crystallisation over time — is normal for raw honey and is not a defect.
Prices & payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- GST, where applicable, is shown separately at checkout and added to your order total.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example if an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Intellectual property
The Pradhan's name, logo, product descriptions, photographs and site content belong to Velvet Gourmet and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
We aim for every order to arrive as described, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
