Where we ship

We currently ship across India only.

Processing time

Orders are hand-packed and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During festive periods or sales, this may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if so.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, via our courier partner(s). Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat ₹60 across India, and free on orders of ₹1,250 or more (before GST). The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Packaging

Every jar is carefully packed to prevent breakage and leaking in transit. If something still arrives damaged, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you posted if your order is affected.

Delivery timelines are written generally because a courier partner hasn't been finalised yet — see the notes shared alongside this page for a few options to consider. The ₹60 flat rate / ₹1,250 free-shipping threshold above are starting numbers in netlify/functions/pricing.js — once you know your real per-shipment cost from a courier, come back and tune these to match.
